  4. Calibrate The Specialist with Proactive Iceberg Detection (Questionnaire).  Identifying compliance or logistical risks before they impact your commission.
  5. Board The Control Deck (Listing Input Manifest).  This is necessary for The Quick Launch.  A perfectly calibrated listing that syndicates correctly to all major portals.
  6. Clear the Deck (Task Menu). The Quartermaster is designed to handle the daily administrative friction that slows you down.

  • We handle the data; you handle the sign in the yard.


PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

THE IRON SEAL (NOTARY)

  • Base Notary Fee: $30 - $50 per session

  • Mobile Pilot Fee: $25 per 15-minute increment of travel (Round-trip from Home Port).

THE ‘QUARTERMASTER’| Hourly or Monthly Fee Options Available

  • Clerical Delegation: Any administrative task you need to offload—data entry, research, organization, other administrative task upon request.
